College & Career Academies of Akron are made possible through business partnerships which facilitate real-world experiences and opportunities for APS students. Named integrated partners provide extensive time and talent resources to a specific academy focused on workplace experiences, industry field trips, internships, summer enrichment programs, problem-based learning units and innovative design projects that will extend learning beyond the classroom.

Acme Fresh Market

Akron Children's Hospital is ranked among the best pediatric hospitals by U.S. News & World Report. City of Akron
