What is Project GRAD Akron (PGA)?
Project GRAD Akron (PGA) is a non-profit educational reform program that believes every student, regardless of ethnicity or socio-economic background should graduate from high school and have access to college.

Project GRAD Akron is part of a comprehensive national initiative aimed at improving the success of urban school students to academically achieve, graduate from high school, and enter and complete college education.

 Why should students participate in Project GRAD Akron?
Students receive support with ACT Preparation, a host of additional cultural, and social programs and activities, and access to scholarship opportunities.

Project GRAD students can be awarded a college scholarship of  $4,000.00 to attend college along with access to other scholarships.

 A Project GRAD students entering their first year of college, are supported and prepared by Project GRAD to go back and provide mentoring experiences to other high school students.
